Body cycles and nutrition

My first blog, my first post ;)

I‘d like to make my first blog about bananas or apples, because they are my favorite fruits, but I will start with cycles of our body and and nutrition based on these cycles.

If I can say so, talking about nutrition there are three cycles of our body:
4 a.m. – noon – excretion
Noon – 8 p.m.– eating and digestion
8 p.m. – 4 a.m. – assimilation and absorption

First cycle: 4 a.m. – midday
On this cycle, our bodies are not able to digest or absorb any food, because organism is eliminating unnecessary digestive products and toxins. I think you noticed that in the morning we wake up with some smell from our mouth. It is because in the morning our body is eliminating waste from our organism. That’s why it is not advisable to eat heavy food in the morning. The best food is fruits as it are very light food; they do not stay in your stomach for a long time. Most of them are withdrawn from stomach in half an hour; bananas in 45-60 minutes. So, the best food in the morning is fruits, because they are very watery and they do not need much energy to be digested. Try eating fruits for breakfast and you’ll see how much energy you have.

Second cycle: midday – 8 p.m.
It’s time to eat! :) But… Don’t forget that digestion steals a lot of energy, so the food you eat shouldn’t be very hard so that you wouldn’t feel squeezed out. I think you noticed that very often after lunch you feel logged and sleepy. It is because we eat too much and too heavy foods, so all energy is pointed to digestion. Combine food, otherwise it will stay in your stomach too much time and you’ll experience bad consequences. When food stays too long in your stomach, ama composes. Ama is a material that forms from undigested food and it is absorbed to our blood, which carries it to various parts of our body (ajurvedic term). So it’s toxins. Just don't eat too much heavy food, so that you still have energy to work/study/etc and organism would be capable to digest and absorb all minerals and vitamins.

Third cycle: 8 p.m. - 4 a.m.
It is the time when you should not put anything in your stomach, because it is absorbtion time. Absorbtion can happen only when food is in intestine. Don't eat very heavy food in the evening, because normally well composed food stays in stomach for three hours. It would be good, so that untill 8 p.m. the food would be withdrawn from stomach and cycle of absorption could start. While you sleep, everything will be done for you and at 4 a.m. the first cycle will start again.
